Admission
1. Filling their application/ registering does not guarantee admission. If a candidate is accepted for admission the seat is guaranteed only if the admission fees and other fees are paid by the date stipulated at the time of acceptance for admission.
2. Admissions, except in Kindergarten classes, are made only after a test todetermine the standard of the candidate. Students enrolling for the first time should submit their birth certificate and 2 passport size photographs.
Withdrawals
1. Withdrawal of students during a school year is not advised. Studentsleaving/joining the school in the middle of the academic year will berequired to pay the fees for that academic year.
2. Transfer Certificates will be prepared only on receipt of a writtenapplication from the parent/guardian. They will be issued only after full and final settlement of all dues. Five clear working days after the receipt of the written application will be required before the Transfer Certificate can be issued.
School timings
School Office - 8.30 a.m. to 4.30 p.m.
Cash Counter - 9.00 a.m. to 2.00p.m.
Classes Pre. KG - 8.30 a.m. to 12.00 noon
Classes JKG &SKG - 8.30 a.m. to 2.00 p.m.
Classes I to X - 8.30 a.m. to 3.30 p.m.
Meeting with Principal - 9.00 a.m. to 3.30 pm
School uniforms
1. Each student is required to be in possession of a minimum of two sets of colored, and one set of Sports uniform in good condition. In order to ensure uniformity of the shade and texture of cloth and pattern, the procurement of the cloth as well as the supply of belt and I.D cards will be handled centrally by a source identified by the school. The rates for the same may be ascertained from the school office.
2. However, the following items of uniform are required to be provided by the parents/guardians:-
a) Black leather shoes with lace to be worn by boys and without lace (with buckle) by girls with colored uniforms.
b) White canvas shoes to be worn with white uniform.
c) Blue Satin ribbons with colored uniform and White Satin ribbons with sports dress (for girls only).
Security
1. Children must be instructed not to speak to any unknown person or accept any sweet/gifts anywhere at any time.
2. Small children will not be sent with any other child unless the parent/guardian sends a
Letter to the school.
3. Children must be collected from school before 3.30 pm. If the parent/guardian is unable to do so due to any unavoidable circumstances, they have to inform school authorities before 3.15 pm so that necessary steps can be taken for the child to be looked after.
4. Verbal instructions of any kind will not be accepted regarding mode of transport. The School Management requests co-operation from the parent/guardian in every possible way and also requests them to impress upon their children the necessity for them to follow these rules strictly.
5. Any deviation from the normal mode of travel, if desired by the parent will be allowed only on a written request from the parent/guardian.
6. The School is taking every possible security measures to ensure the safety of the children. However, the school will not be held responsible in instances where the student does not follow the above rules.
Examination
1. In each academic year the School will hold the following assessment.
a. Periodic Assessment 1, 2, 3 & 4
b. First Terminal Examination.(Month of September)
c. Annual Examination (March)
2. Assessment is an evaluation tool to record the progress of a student. It is compulsory for
the students to appear in the Formative and Summative Assessment for promotion
to next higher class.
3. A student not appearing in the tests will be marked absent and would be discredited for the same.
4. All students are expected to stay in school the whole day during the class/cycle test days. Students will not be given permission to go home during any test/examination. Do not approach the Principal for permission to take the kid home after the exam for any reason during the examinations.
Conclusion
1. The school reserves the right to dismiss a student on ground of irregular attendance, lack of application, disobedience / willful disrespect to teachers, and any kind of malpractice or objectionable / reprehensible behavior not accepted in civilized and respectable society.
2. The school accepts no responsibility, if a student is obliged to leave the school premises during the class hours for non- compliance of the rules listed in this diary or of school orders duly promulgated, or for acts of omissions / commissions prejudicial to discipline.
3. The school does not take responsibility of children in the campus before 8.30.a.m
and after 4.30p.m.
4. The parents are requested to note that Homework given for the day will be entered only in a separate Homework copy and they are requested to look into their child/ward's Homework Copy daily and sign it. Homework will not be given in the school diary. School diary is meant for other communications only.
